Our reception patient concierge is responsible for delivering a consistent and polished positive patient experience, building relationships, and making patients comfortable from the moment they enter our center.

She has superior customer service skills, is naturally friendly, presents well to our most discriminating, educated and demanding clients and understands that attention to detail, brings success.

Job Summary and Requirements

The reception patient concierge ensures our guests receive an exceptional experience from their first contact. With knowledge of the appointment, they can prepare any needed forms, set up and guide the guest to the appropriate room, brief the guest on the appointment, turnover the room after the patient, and manage patient flow as needed.

She is comfortable making patient-care calls and can help schedule follow-up appointments while talking to patients about the next step in their care plan.
She also excels at recommending product and services and the sales process.

Essential Abilities

  • Function as our practice ambassador and steward a positive message while building guest relations
  • Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and however busy, acknowledge all guests as they enter the premises
  • Maintain positive guest relations by resolving complaints and ensuring satisfaction

Essential Expectations/Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete knowledge of all practice services, surgeries, amenities, offers, and doctors credentials
  • Up sell and educate guests on additional practice offerings and specials
  • Assist with marketing and social media platforms
  • Accurately relay messages in a timely fashion between patient and surgeon
  • Attendance at morning meetings and education sessions

Education and Knowledge

  • Nextech Medical software familiarity
  • Understand HIPAA guidelines
  • Broad understanding of cosmetic procedures: surgical and non surgical treatments
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, hospitality, guest oriented environment (preferably high-end spa, country club, beauty industry, high-end retail)

Job Description

As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office/hospital. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Our RN will serve in the Pre-operative, Operating Room, and Recovery room areas.

She is naturally friendly, presents well to our most discriminating, educated and demanding clients, understands that attention to detail is paramount, and provides a consistent and polished positive patient experience.

Job Summary and Requirements

The RN is responsible for delivering direct patient care, preop evaluation with IV starts, OR circulation, and recovery and accountable for all phases of nursing care for our patients.

Additionally, she maintains the recovery room, operating room, and medical supply room with proper stock/inventory/and equipment/cart checks and logs.

Essential Abilities
· Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the need for minimal supervision
· Proficiency with ACLS
· IV placement
· Foley Catheter placement
· Assist anesthesiologist, surgical technician, and surgeon as needed
· Assist in escorting, moving, and positioning patient
· Nursing recovery care to a point of safe patient discharge
· Assist with equipment, as necessary
· Strict infection control
· Providing complete peri-operative charting

Essential Responsibilities
· Participating in on-going quality assurance program
· Educating patient and family regarding surgery recovery
