Who Will be the First Miss Asian Las Vegas?

I am excited to be one of 7 judges at the inaugural Miss Asian Las Vegas Pageant this weekend at the Tropicana Las Vegas.

The 15 semi-finalists who will take the stage Saturday evening represent some of most talented, ambitious, and accomplished young women in the Las Vegas Asian American community.

After a beautiful opening set showcasing the unique Asian American heritage of each contestant, the pageant will feature a swimsuit and evening gown competition and a special performance by renowned Las Vegas pianist Jenny Cheng. The top 5 contestants will go on to answer a question from our panel, and after that comes what is sure to be the most difficult part for me—deciding who will be crowned Miss Asian Las Vegas USA!

I am especially honored to be a part of this event, as I see every day how people define and express their beauty on the most personal level. I’m looking forward to being inspired by the confidence and beauty shown by each of the Miss Asian Las Vegas contestants.
