Making the decision to have surgery is nerve wracking but having people like Dr. Pancholi and his amazing staff made the whole process enjoyable. From the consultation, to preop, to the day of surgery, and the days after that, I have never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. The staff and Dr. Pancholi genuinely care about their patients. The doctor takes his time and answers all your questions in a way that you can understand. The staff has always been so warm and welcoming and they address me by name which is a rarity nowadays at doctor’s offices. Lastly, my results are AMAZING!!!!
