Restylane Fillers in Las Vegas
The Restylane family of fillers includes Restylane Silk, Refyne, Defyne, and Lyft. Like most products of their kind, they are injected into the lips or skin to restore volume, enhance certain features, or both.
Dr. Pancholi can treat a wide variety of issues using Restylane products, including:
- Glabellar lines (forehead)
- Smile lines or nasolabial folds
- Periorbital lines
- Worry lines in the forehead
- Thinning lips
- Vertical lip lines
How Restylane fillers work
All Restylane products are composed of hyaluronic acid gel. Hyaluronic acid is a natural hydrator and volumizing agent that exists in the skin. It plays a key role in keeping skin plump, smooth and firm. Over time, the body’s supply of hyaluronic acid diminishes—a process that is often accelerated by environmental or genetic factors.
When this occurs, signs of aging start to emerge in the skin. Wrinkles, folds, hollows, and lack of facial prominence all can subtract from a person’s youthful appeal.
With a simple injection, Dr. Pancholi can use Restylane to restore what has been lost, helping you regain youthful fullness in your face with a very natural feel. The effects of Restylane are long-lasting but temporary.
What is a Restylane treatment like?
First, the injection area is cleansed thoroughly. Dr. Pancholi then injects beneath the skin wherever necessary or desired to treat your concerns, and gently massages the area of injection to help the gel spread optimally. A Restylane treatment only takes about 30 minutes.
The results will be noticeable immediately, although they may be slightly fuller than expected at first, as mild swelling or bruising can occur. Most patients return to their normal routine right after treatment, and the post-procedure side effects will quickly diminish. The positive effects of Restylane can last up to one year.
