Our arm lift before and after gallery features real patients treated in Las Vegas. Common concerns include loose or hanging upper arm skin, arms that continue to look heavy after weight loss, and changes that do not improve with exercise.
Brachioplasty, also known as an arm lift, is about more than simply removing skin. My goal is to improve the shape and proportion of the upper arm while keeping the contour smooth and the scar as hidden as possible. My surgical plan varies with the amount and location of loose skin, underlying fat, skin quality, and each patient’s anatomy and goals.
When reviewing arm lift before and after photos, look at the entire contour of the arm. Pay attention to how the upper arm narrows from the shoulder toward the elbow, the position and appearance of the scar, and the symmetry between the arms. These details can help you understand my approach to brachioplasty and the types of results that may be possible.
Some patients need primarily skin removal, while others may benefit from liposuction or additional contouring to improve the shape of the arm. The extent of surgery depends on the individual patient and the degree of skin laxity.
Browse the gallery to see arm lift and brachioplasty results in patients with different body types and degrees of skin laxity. Then schedule an in-person consultation to discuss your arms, your goals, and the approach that may be best for you.
