Our Breast Augmentation Before and After Las Vegas gallery features real patients treated with both silicone and saline implants. About 95% of my breast augmentations use a no-breast-scar, or transaxillary, approach. Instead of placing the incision on the breast, it is hidden within a natural underarm crease, leaving no surgical scar on the breast itself.
Patients come in with different goals. The implant is only part of your final result. We consider your anatomy, existing breast tissue, rib cage dimensions, shoulder width, and skin quality so the implant fits your body and creates the result you want.
When reviewing breast augmentation before and after photos, look beyond breast size alone. Look first at the harmony between the shoulders, breasts, waist, and hips. Then notice the symmetry, cleavage, upper-pole fullness, breast width, nipple position, implant position, and how naturally the breast transitions into the chest.
In transaxillary cases, there is another important detail to look for: the absence of a surgical scar on the breast. The incision is hidden in the underarm, so the breast itself remains free of an augmentation scar.
Browse the gallery to see how breast augmentation can change shape, balance, and proportion across different body types and implant choices. In the transaxillary cases, look closely not only at the result, but also at what you do not see: a surgical scar on the breast.
